Joseph "Joe" Parago
It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and good friend, Joseph Bernard Parago, age 74, on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
He was born June 6, 1944, in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Joe worked for a time at the Isle Royal Hotel as a cook. Then entered the Canadian Armed Services, Queen’s Own Rifles 3PPLI, serving in Cypress and other areas overseas and Canada. After leaving the military, he worked for 18 years at the Buy Rite Wholesale and 15 years in the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires.
