It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Horne, age 84, on May 21, 2020 at Harbourstone Enhanced Care.

Harold is survived by his sister, Shirley Wallace, Hamilton, Ontario, brothers Gary (Delores), Sydney and David (Judy), Dartmouth, brother-in-law, Don Williamson and many nephews and nieces, including Elaine Wilson of Hamilton, Ontario.

He was predeceased by his mother, Christine "Tena" and his sister, Edna Williamson.

Harold worked in numerous fields in his life, including as a seaman with the Royal Canadian Navy, a bellhop at the Isle Royale Hotel, a survey rodman for John Pope & Associates, a laborer at Sydney Engineering and Dry Dock, a bartender at various establishments and for a time was employed on a yacht which sailed around the world.

The family would like to thank the staff of Soldier’s Cove for the care Harold received over the last few years.
