Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, companion and friend. Patsy had a strong faith in the church and was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish. She was devoted to her family to whom she passed her love of gardening, cooking and goodwill, among other values. Patsy loved cooking and baking for her family and friends and was very generous with everything she created, from preserves to homemade bread, pies and sweets. Everyone loved getting treats from mom. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Patsy worked in a number of convenience stores in Whitney Pier and Sydney and in later years, owned and operated her own convenience store, “Pat’s Place”.

She is survived by her companion, Harold LeBlanc Sr.; daughter, Carol Ann (Robert) Wadden, Sydney; sons, George Jr. (Janice), Chris (Angie) and James (Julie) Della Valle, all of Sydney; grandchildren, James and Terrence (Stephanie) Wadden, Brittney (Mike) Della Valle, Dawson Della Valle, Tessa and Blake MacDonald and Hannah McCarthy; great-grandchildren, Lennan and Declan; Harold’s children, Linda, Harold Jr., Bobbie, Joel, Katie and their families; sisters, Mary, Wanda, Joan and Mona (Scott Burt), all of Sydney; brothers, Louis Jr., Donald (Beatrice), Robert and Ernie, all of Sydney.
